Customs and Border Protection has reported problems with the new
House Bill of Lading and House SCAC reporting requirements that
went into affect today to accommodate Administrative Message
04-2311. Based on current info, we have been told by CBP
to not send via ABI any House Bill Information, including House
Bill numbers and SCAC codes. This is a known bug with CBP
that we will be closely monitoring. As soon as new
information becomes available to us we will pass it on.
