|
Two free trade agreements have been approved by Congress and are
now waiting for the president's signature. The vast
majority of products from Australia and Morocco
will soon enjoy duty free status when they are imported into the
United States. The pact with Australia allows
the US to "impose an agricultural safeguard measure, in the
form of additional duties, on certain agricultural imports from
Australia."
