On December 11, 2002, the Federal Register announced import limit
adjustments "for Certain Wool Textiles and Textile Products Produced
or Manufactured in Romania." Effective on December 11, 2002,
these adjustments for Textiles and Clothing from Romania in categories
#410 and 435 are:
410....................................... 111,448 square meters 435....................................... 19,123 dozen
On December 5th the Federal Register announced the removal of
"Visa Requirements for Certain Cotton and Man-Made Fiber Textile
products" from Turkey.
Effective on January 1, 2003, visas for products in merged Categories 352/652 are no longer required from Turkey. The quota on this category will expire on December 31, 2002. |
